For hygiene, health, and eye safety reasons, Hicacos Contact Lenses does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, color preferences, incorrect selections, or unwanted purchases.
Opened, worn, or used contact lenses are not eligible for return or resale.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact info@hicacoscontactlenses.com within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.
Please include your order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue.
All claims will be reviewed individually. We reserve the right to request additional information to evaluate a claim.
